Terms and Conditions
  1. All sale items are up to quality standards. Any damages will be made known. 
  2. Prices are non-negotiable.
  3. Shipping fees are not included unless stated otherwise
  4. ONLY place your order if you are entirely sure of your purchase. 
  5. No back-out on confirmed purchases.
  6. Please notify us if you wish to cancel your orders to avoid being blacklisted.
  7. Measurements shown are taken with garments laid down.
  8. Actual color may differ slightly due to monitor resolution and lighting.
  9. We will NOT be held liable for any damages or losses occurred during the delivery.
  10. Goods sold are NOT refundable & exchangeable.  
Reservation and Payment
  1. We practice first pay first served basis in serving our customers. Priority is given to those who can make payment first due to last minute back out buyers.
  2. Payment must be made within 2 days after confirmation via MAYBANK account.
  3. Once payment is made, please send us an email or text.
  4. If no response is received in 2 days, we will pass the items to the next interested buyers without any notification.
Delivery
  1. All items will ONLY be posted on TUESDAYs and FRIDAYs
  2. Postage rate via PosLaju (depending on weight)
    • Peninsular Malaysia: RM 4 - RM 6
    • Sabah and Sarawak: RM 6 - RM 8
